Order confirmation
An inquiry or assortment request does not reserve inventory. Shipping method, estimated dispatch timing, destination, freight, and any free-shipping threshold are confirmed in the written quote or invoice before payment or commitment.
U.S. fulfillment
- Confirmed U.S. inventory is dispatched from within the United States.
- Tracking is provided when available from the carrier.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier conditions, weather, address issues, or events outside our control.
- Buyer-paid freight applies unless a written quote, invoice, or promotion states otherwise.
Address and receipt
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an authorized recipient. Please inspect cartons and products promptly upon delivery and retain all packaging if damage or shortage is suspected.
Loss, damage, and shortages
Report missing cartons, shortages, or visible transit damage within seven calendar days of delivery. Include the order reference, affected quantities, photographs of the carton and product, and any carrier notation so we can evaluate the claim.
International arrangements
International supply, including future Canadian and European programs, is available only when confirmed in writing. Duties, taxes, customs, brokerage, local compliance, delivery terms, and importer responsibilities will be stated in the applicable quote or agreement.
