Wholesale access is intended for card shops, show dealers, online collectible retailers, and other qualified resale businesses. We may request business details or resale documentation before confirming tax treatment or account pricing.
Mixed assortments
Retailers may build one mixed-finish request across the current catalog. The website basket is a planning and inquiry tool; it does not reserve inventory or create an order. Current minimums, volume tiers, suggested retail guidance, and finish availability are provided during quote review.
Quotes and orders
- Pricing is account-specific until published otherwise and may change before a written quote is accepted.
- A purchase is confirmed only through a written order confirmation or invoice and any required payment.
- The final invoice controls item quantities, finishes, freight, tax treatment, payment timing, and fulfillment estimates.
- Changes or cancellation require written approval after an order has been confirmed.
Payment and fulfillment
FRAME 101 NYC is operated by Pawsonap Limited, Hong Kong. Payment instructions are issued only after the order is reviewed, and the final invoice identifies the legal contracting entity. Buyers should verify that invoices and payment instructions come through an authorized FRAME 101 NYC communication. Freight is buyer-paid unless the written quote or invoice provides a threshold or other arrangement.
Custom color and logo programs
Custom color and discreet logo programs are subject to feasibility review, separate minimums, artwork approval, production tolerance, timing, and written authorization. The buyer represents that it owns or is authorized to use any submitted name, logo, artwork, or mark. Authorized custom production is final sale except for approved manufacturing-defect claims.
Resale and brand materials
Approved retailer assets may be used to market authentic FRAME 101 NYC products. Retailers may not alter marks, imply sponsorship, make unsupported protection claims, or use third-party collectible imagery without the necessary rights. Any future pricing or merchandising guidance will be stated separately in writing.
